JVL Jewelry Exchange Policy:
You can exchange your product within 10 days of receiving it. There is a $6.00 fee per item exchanged to re-ship a new product. After 10 days your product will be covered by the Lifetime Warranty. Any laser engraved item will be covered by the Lifetime Warranty. See Lifetime Warranty page.
How to exchange
- Print and fill out the Exchange form Exchange Form
